About
A platform for disease-signal-first repurposing.
LatentDx is a standalone computational drug-repurposing platform owned and operated by LatentRx Therapeutics Inc. It exists as a distinct named product with its own versioning, documentation, and roadmap.
Methodology
The engine mines curated disease databases (OMIM, Orphanet, MeSH) and primary literature to surface essential biological systems that lack human orthologs. Each signal is scored for druggability, mapped to UniProt-anchored targets, structurally modelled via Swiss-Model, and screened against approved-drug libraries with AutoDock Vina.
